What is Rejection Sensitivity Disorder (RSD)?

Basically RSD is a condition in which a person feels extreme emotional sensitivity and pain due to perceived or actual rejection, teasing, or criticism. It is quite a common symptom associated with ADHD and can seriously affect your relationships. We believe that it is one of the main issues behind poor time management as we fear rejection of others and can’t say no. Sound familiar?

Even though researchers are still unsure about the connection between RSD and ADHD, the key thing is to be honest with yourself by taking the test to get present to the symptoms.
